TASKS
Answering Service Desk phone calls
Creating incident and service tickets in ticketing tool
Provide 1st level support to users

 

Job requirements: 

 
Good knowledge of English
Broad IT knowledge from a Service Desk point of view
Ability to step into an established team of 9 staff
MS Office 2013
