DURATION: 1 year with possible extensions
CONTRACT: Consultant
SALARY: Negotiable daily rate
WORK HOURS: Monday to Friday, normal working hours

TASKS
• Answering Service Desk phone calls
• Creating incident and service tickets in ticketing tool
• Provide 1st level support to users
Job requirements:
• Good knowledge of English
• Broad IT knowledge from a Service Desk point of view
• Ability to step into an established team of 9 staff
• MS Office 2013
